Run fast from any potential agreement to do business with themYes, I agree, this is another ServiceMagic type rip off to Contractors. They sell you points, then they determine how many points a particular job is worth the amount of area or bedrooms etc, etc. You buy the points up front or when you view the job and Contact the Owner. They tell you that they respond to the customer with 2-3 Contractors only, but that's BS! Some of jobs get 10-30 offers.
So, what we have here is a Media Company, racking in the $$$$ on the backs of Contractors who think that they have a one in three chance of landing the paint job, when their bidding against 5, 10, 15 or more! It's a shell game!
You only have to get burned once to understand their scam. On a personal note, I paid $25.00 to buy the points necessary to get in Contact with a Owner near my business. the owner never returned my emails or phone calls. When I asked Billy to credit me those points ($25.00) they responded with, maybe next time. 
When I finally reached the owner, she said she had 14 responses!
Do the math: 14 contractors @ $25.00 each = $350.00!!! Anybody else want to go to Vegas?

HORRIBLE. NEVER USE THIS SITE EVER.I am not one to write Yelp comments and things of that nature, but this company was HORRIBLE.
I went on this site and spoke with several movers and MOVE IT 4 LESS quoted me at $75 an hour with two men and their biggest truck. Around $350 total for the whole move. 
I called MOVE IT 4 LESS the day of the move and they didn't even have me on the books. They had forgotten me completely. 
So the scrambled together 2 men who showed up an hour and 1/2 after they were scheduled. 
Once they got to the apartment they decided that they needed a third man and that would raise my rate to $90 an hour. Keep in mind I told them several times, and once after I had been forgotten, exactly how much I had in the apartment. 
They put everything in the car and took over an hour getting to the new apartment because they put in the wrong address (twice).
Once everything was brought in we realized my roommates dresser had been broken, his matress was left in the snow and soaking wet on one side, and they left a ball of tape in the middle of our livingroom.
This doesnt include the pieces of furniture they left wrapped in tape and the fact that DEMANDED a 20% tip for their efforts and wouldn't leave until they recieved it in cash. 
After everything was brought in they were upset that we didnt have cash to pay the bill as well as their tip and made a 35 mintues to-do about getting the card information to their boss. 
After the 35 mintues they charged me the wrong amount and wrote my name incorrectly on the reciept. 
They were horrible and when I went on the site to tell them about it they had a FAKE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT EMAIL. 
Everything I tired to send them was immediately sent back with the phrase, 'This user only accepts emails from persons on their contact list.'
Horrible waste of money and time. 
Never use this site.
